Orders are processed and shipped 7/7 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped out from our facilities only if you use the contact page.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your items please make sure to place them in the shipping box. We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 days after you received your parcel.

Place the items you would like to return with the label that you received with you order on the return box and make sure to remove the original delivery label.

The items must be with the original tag on and sent with the ticket.

If your purchase has been delivered with Ups or Colissimo please send it back to the adress that figure on the delivery Ticket.

Please be aware that you are able to return your items within 10 days and exchange it within 5 days with the limit of available stock.

You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment and the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 days maximum, depending on your bank.
